77 Media Marketing Boutique ("77 Media", "we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Boston, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Questions any time: hello@77media.co.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the consult form or subscribe to our newsletter, we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and your message.
- Messaging. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your contact details and message content through those services.
- Technical basics. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
- To send the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
- To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors arrive from, and what device they use — so we can improve it. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes usage data on our behalf, with Google acting as our service provider. This is about site usage, not your identity; we do not use it to personally identify you, and we have not enabled Google Advertising features on it.
You can opt out at any time: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics across every site at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
We also set one cookie of our own, named 77m_attr. It records how you first arrived at this site and how you most recently arrived at it: for example "instagram", "a Google search", or the campaign tag on a link you clicked. It lasts 90 days, it is stored only in your own browser and a copy in your browser’s local storage, and it is never sent anywhere except back to us if you choose to submit the enquiry form, so that we know which of our efforts led you to get in touch. It holds no name, no email address and nothing that identifies you personally. Clearing your cookies and site data removes it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site and our business: website hosting, form delivery, email, messaging (for example WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and website analytics (Google Analytics, operated by Google). They process data only to provide their service to us. If you contact us through a third-party platform, that platform's own privacy policy also applies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our records of doing business, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Massachusetts data privacy laws, the CCPA (California), or the GDPR (EU/UK). We honor valid requests regardless of where you are.

Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
