Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the services provided by 77 Media Marketing Boutique ("77 Media"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Our services
- Monthly plans are billed at a flat fee on a month-to-month basis. There is no minimum term. Either party may end the engagement by giving 30 days' written notice; the current billing cycle is completed and no further fees apply.
- Fixed-scope projects (for example brand identity or website builds) are quoted in advance and billed as agreed in the project proposal.
- Advertising media budget is paid by you directly to the ad platforms through your own accounts. We do not mark it up or take a percentage.
Your accounts, your assets
Ad accounts, social profiles, analytics, pixels, and domains are created in and remain your property. Finished creative work produced for you under a paid engagement belongs to you once the related invoices are paid. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
What we need from you
Timely access, feedback, and approvals; accurate information about your business; and content or claims that you are entitled to make. You are responsible for the legality of your products and offers.
No guarantees of specific results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control. Figures shown on this site reflect real past engagements; they are examples, not promises. We commit to honest reporting and diligent work, not to specific rankings, revenues, or growth rates.
Payment
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work on accounts with overdue balances after notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77 Media's total liability arising out of the services or this site is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
