Real Boston-area businesses, named with their permission, and four jobs where the name is held back but the number is not.

The numbers we were hired to move.
Four real jobs. Four different problems. Every one an ordinary local business, not a unicorn. Some names are held back because we agreed to. We will walk you through the full detail on a call.
A roofing crew was spending $2K a month on ads nobody was tracking. We fixed the tracking first. Then we cut the half that was wasted and pointed the rest at the jobs they actually wanted. They were booked out six weeks ahead by spring.
A family clinic that did not show up when neighbours searched. We cleaned up their listings, rebuilt the Google Business Profile and got the reviews answered every week. Top three on the map in four months, with calls up 41%.
Their old site took eight seconds to load and hid the phone number. We built a fast, phone-first replacement with the SEO and tracking done properly. Same visitors, more than double the enquiries.
Posting used to happen whenever the owner had a minute. We took it over at 16 posts a month and kept it going. Repeat orders up 62%, and she got her evenings back.

Every case links to the service behind it, and where the work is public you can go and see it live.
Questions to ask a marketing agency before you hire one
Most of the risk in hiring a marketing agency is not the price. It is finding out in month four that nothing was measured, or that you do not own the accounts. Five questions sort the serious ones from the rest, and we would rather you asked them of us too.
Ask what happens in month one, before any spend
A good answer starts with tracking and access, not with campaigns. If the first month is all activity and no measurement, you will not be able to judge month two.
Ask who does the work
Find out whether the person in the meeting is the person doing the posting and writing, or whether it is handed to somebody you will never speak to.
Ask how ad budget is charged
A percentage of ad spend means your agency earns more when you spend more. Budget passed through at cost removes that conflict entirely.
Ask what you keep if you leave
Accounts, ad account, website, email list, analytics history. If any of it lives in the agency's name, you are renting your own marketing.
Ask for a client you can call
Not a logo wall. A named business, in your area, that will pick up the phone.
Every engagement above is a real Boston-area business. Four are named with their permission; four are held back by agreement, and we will walk you through the full detail of those on a call.
