Branding, search optimisation, local SEO, tracking, speed and AI readiness are the job here, not line items sold on top once the site is done. The three packages below say exactly how much of each one you get, and which tier adds the rest.
001
🎨
Branding
Your brand, built in. Not bolted on after.
A colour palette and font pairing picked for your trade, not a template's defaults.
Your logo placed properly, or a clean wordmark made for you if you have none.
Launch graphics for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, sized and ready to post.
002
🔍
SEO
Search optimisation on every single page.
Keyword research first, then one target phrase per page, written into the copy.
Titles, descriptions, headings, schema, sitemap and robots, all done properly.
Every image compressed, renamed and given alt text, so the page is fast and readable.
003
📍
Local SEO
You show up on the map, not just in the list.
Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up: categories, services, hours, photos.
Your reviews pulled onto the site, inside Google’s rules.
Local schema so Google knows exactly where you work and what you do.
004
📊
Tracking
Every enquiry tagged to where it came from.
Google Analytics 4 wired up, with each form counted as a lead, not just a visit.
Google Ads and Meta tracking ready to switch on the day you start spending.
Calls, WhatsApp taps and button clicks measured, not guessed at.
005
⚡
Speed
Fast on a phone, on a bad signal.
Designed at 375 pixels first, then widened out to the desktop.
Hand coded and kept light, then measured. We show you the number.
No page builder bloat, because a slow page loses the visitor before a word is read.
006
🤖
AI search
Written so ChatGPT can recommend you.
Structured so AI assistants can read what you sell and who you sell it to.
The crawler files that let them quote you, not just your competitors.
Questions answered on the page in the words people actually search.
You own all of it outrightNo contract, cancel any monthEvery login handed to youNo exit fee, ever
How your website gets built, step by step
Five steps. You always know which one you are on.
Three packages. Three prices. No quote call.
Pick by how many pages you need. Each one says what it adds and what it does not, so moving up buys something you can name. Need more than twelve pages? We quote it before anything is built, never after. These are one-off website builds; the monthly marketing plans share the same three names.

Happy clients
Real Boston owners. Real sites we built and still run today.
“Our old site was slow and buried the quote button. They rebuilt it, wired up the tracking, and now I can see where a job actually came from. I message Nitin direct and it gets fixed the same day.”

Questions people actually ask
Tap a question. Anything we have not covered, ask on the call.
Ours are $499, $999 and $2,499, printed on this page. A Boston agency runs $5,000 to $20,000 and a freelancer $2,500 to $7,500. We would rather build ten sites this month than argue about one quote.
The $499 one-page build, yes, as long as your form and photos are in before we start. Five pages take a week, twelve take two. The build was never the slow part. Waiting on content is.
A short questionnaire and your photos, both due before your start date. Bullet points are fine. We turn them into the words on the page. No photos worth using? We can shoot them for you, quoted separately.
Yes. The design, the code, the content, the domain and the analytics history, all yours from the day it launches. We hold the hosting only while we are looking after the site, and we hand it over whenever you ask.
We move the site onto hosting in your own name and hand you every login. No exit fee, no notice period, nothing held back. There is no minimum term and there never has been.
Not if the old links are redirected and the titles and structure carry over. Ranking loss after a rebuild is nearly always a redirect problem, not a design one, and mapping those redirects is part of the Growth and Business builds, which is where a rebuild of an existing site starts.
$49, $99 or $199 a month, depending on how many edits you want and whether you want on-page SEO upkeep included. Boston studios that publish a figure at all start at $130 a month and run past $1,500.
It covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, security patching, uptime monitoring and a set number of edits each month. Ours start at $49. You do not have to take one. If you do not, we hand you the finished site on launch day and you arrange your own hosting.
We build from a system we already own instead of starting from nothing every time, you write the first draft of your own words, and we would rather earn on the upkeep for years than on one large invoice. It is a volume decision, not a quality one.
Half to book your start date, half the day the site goes live. Upkeep starts the month after launch and you can stop it any month.
Book the call. Leave with a plan.
